The Challenge

What the client needed

Nigerians living abroad need to transact in Nigeria, and the list of things they need is long: property, company registration, legal work, procurement, investment. Each one normally means finding a different person to trust.

The business needed to present fifty distinct service categories without hand-building fifty pages, qualify enquiries before a human picked them up, and collect expert applications with a CV attached.

The client's email already lived on a cPanel host. Moving the website without breaking mail on the same domain was a real constraint, not a preference.

What We Built

How it works

Built the public site so all 50 service categories render from a single typed data file. Adding a service is a data edit, not a build task.

Added an AI assistant that answers from the full service catalogue, so an enquiry arrives already knowing what the person wants rather than as a vague hello.

Built a multi-step expert application wizard with CV upload that posts straight to Cloudinary using a short-lived server signature, so the upload credential never reaches the browser.

Built the admin console for enquiries and applications, with approve and reject, behind a login.

Kept the client's existing mail server and moved only the website, splitting DNS so the apex serves the site while mail continues to resolve.
